1. Board Ratification: Approve the current Board of 25.

2. Officer Re-Election: Vote to re-elect the current officers.

3. Bylaw Updates:

• Extend and stagger Board terms-- proposed 3 years per term, max of 9 years.

• Simplify voting requirements to make the process more flexible.

• Formalize the Executive Committee and make other committees subcommittees.
